What does a typical boat rental include?
Each rental comes with a skilled crew, safety gear, fuel, and basic beverages. Sunset trips feature upgraded refreshments and light bites, while business rentals provide meeting amenities and tailored corporate catering.
When should I reserve my charter?
To ensure availability, we suggest making a reservation 2–3 weeks prior, particularly from May to September. For business functions and personal events, reserving 4–6 weeks in advance gives you better choices and customization time.
What if the weather is bad on the day of my charter?
The safety of our guests is paramount. We will propose an alternate date for your cruise or process a full refund should the captain decide the conditions are not safe. If the forecast is uncertain, we will inform you at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled departure.
Is it possible to bring my own refreshments?
Certainly, you're allowed to bring your own snacks and drinks. We also provide outstanding catering options and can tailor the menu as desired. Note that for safety concerns, glass containers are not allowed onboard.
Do you have boats that are accessible to passengers with mobility issues?
Our goal is to cater to all passengers. Some of our boats are more accessible than others. Discuss your specific requirements with us upon booking, and we will suggest the best vessel and make any necessary arrangements.
What is the cancellation policy?
For cancellations made more than 72 hours before the departure, we offer a total refund. Cancellations occurring 24–72 hours prior result in a 50% refund. For cancellations within 24 hours before departure, the fee is non-refundable unless due to unsafe weather conditions or a mechanical issue from our end.
